Shipping Information
Worldwide Shipping: I use DHL for all international shipments. Their standard policies determine shipping times and rates. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number, so you can stay updated on the status of your delivery.
Delivery Times: Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery within Europe and 10-20 business days for international deliveries.
Shipping Costs: Shipping price is not included in the price of the painting. However, if you order multiple paintings at once, I'm happy to offer free shipping!
Free In-Person Delivery in München: If you're based in München or surrounding cities, I'd love to deliver your pet portrait personally!
Packaging and Safety
I carefully wrap and package each painting to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your painting is damaged during shipping, don't worry—I've got you covered. I take full responsibility and will remake your painting free of charge. Your satisfaction is my top priority.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your pet portrait, I'm always open for dialogue. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your painting. If you decide to return it, I offer a 100% money-back guarantee. Please contact me within those 30 days, and we'll discuss the details.
